It doesn't cover spots, so if you want a concealer for breakouts, I'd recommend searching for something else. However, if you compare it to others in those categories, it's pretty good. My experience so far is that organic vegan makeups do not hold up to what you can buy on the high street, and this is no different. Secondly, on to the quality of the makeup. It also does not function with most primers.įirstly, I only bought this concealer because I had been searching for a vegan, organic, plastic-free concealer, so I was pretty disappointed when the delivery arrived with two separate layers of plastic. It's only going to help you if you're willing to check your makeup every ten minutes and reapply on those areas or keep 'moving it around' so it covers more evenly when it starts sliding about. It's a real shame since otherwise it seems to be an easy and versatile option for base and the formula doesn't itch or irritate the skin, but it just doesn't have the ability to combat rosacea flare-ups' tendency to erase makeup no matter how carefully it's applied. ![]() Setting with powder does absolutely nothing to stop this and just makes it disappear in a way that looks cakey instead. The rosacea 'eats' through it within ten minutes of wear. What I mean by this is that even though it covers redness and flare-up 'spots' related to the condition on initial application if you're willing to pat it in laboriously over those areas, it doesn't keep covering what needs covering. ![]() ![]() The finish of this is pleasant, photographs quite well, and is easy to move around on the skin if it starts settling into any creases, but as with most other 'coverage' products, rosacea just eats through it after mere minutes of wear.
